Can't believe it

I'm actually updating all of my blogs in one day.... wow. Well, not much news around here. Except that my youngest brother became a Christian this week! PTL! And our family is scattered out right now. My bro. comes back from MO tonight, so there'll be 5 at home. Life is good. Not much of interest to report on. Maybe I'll find some more pics to post one of these days.... God bless ya'll.

I know I should update but I don't have that much inspiring news to share. So, Shelle, here's your update.... :-) Just for the record, I got to sell my favorite entertainment center today, so that was cool. All in all, I had a good day. God Bless ya'll!

Update

Man, it's time to update again, I guess. Ok, Shelle. Well, if you guys ever want to see me nervous, just come to the store and ask me about bedroom furniture while the mattress rep is standing there watching. Wow! He was just reminding me about the fundamentals of the sale when a customer walked in and it was up to me to talk to her and find out what she was looking for. Turned out she wanted a certain kind of furniture that we didn't carry but if she can't find it locally, she'll look for something else, perhaps from us. I didn't really know the rep before that, but I got to know him a little better after that. He's a fairly likeable guy. So, hope you guys all had a GREAT day!! :-)

Update

 Well, here's a short update for ya'll.  I'm heading to the cabin for the weekend.  Have a great holiday!!

Things to do before I die....
1. Carry the Gospel somewhere where it has never been.
2. Learn Spanish and possibly French fluently.
3. Develop a closer relationship with God.
4. Get married if the Lord wills.
5. Raise a family if the Lord wills.
6. Move to a less-populated area, preferably out west.
7. Own a ranch.

Things I can't do....
1. Roll my R's. (hate it!)
2. Speak a second language fluently.
3. Wiggle my ears.
4. Get caught for speeding (so far, knock on wood) :-)
5. Enjoy doing the same thing over and over.
6. Be a consistent person (it seems).
7. Figure out why some ppl do not seem to care about their health.

Things I look for in a future spouse....
1. Must put God first in all things.
2. Must have a heart for the lost and be willing to travel the world with me if God would lead
there.
3. Tenderhearted
4. Forgiving
5. Willing to overlook my faults.
6. Likes to enjoy life moment by moment.
7. Loves children.

Of boring times and hang outs

Man, today was a bit on the sloooow side. Fortunately, two of my friends stopped in this evening to save me from insanity. ;-) At least work ended good. Even though they had to wait an hour while I closed a sale. Sorry! ;-) Went out to Rita's after work. Thanks, gals! It was great seeing ya'll again!
